
Valley of Guelph Scottish Rite
The Valley of Guelph is part of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry. Established in 1879, the Valley of Guelph has a significantly large geographical area comprising of approximately 20,700 square kilometers from Kitchener/Waterloo, to Georgetown, and north to Wiarton.
For Master Masons, the intention of the ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite is to expand, supplement, and enhance the philosophical teachings that were learned in the first three degrees.

Royal City Lodge of Perfection
The Royal City Lodge of Perfection confers the 4th through 14th degrees. These degrees build on the Master Masons degree and the story of the building of King Solomon’s Temple.

Guelph Chapter Rose Croix
The Guelph Chapter Rose Croix confers the degrees 15th through 18th inclusive. These degrees relate to the rebuilding of the Temple of Zerubbabel.

Scottish Rite Consistory
Scottish Rite Consistory confers the degrees 19th to the 32nd inclusive. As there are only four Consistories in the Province of Ontario, many of the members of the Valley of Guelph join the Moore Sovereign Consistory in Hamilton.
